 Use of the product 

 1. This valve is a new type of throttling, cut-off and emptying product. The valve adopts cage-shaped fan army throttle, which has multi-level throttle effect, obvious throttle effect, reliable sealing, convenient operation and maintenance and other characteristics. 

 2. The valve adopts double sealing (hard and soft sealing) to make the seal reliable. The cemented carbide cover can be more resistant to airflow washing and wear, and the double sealing can be zero leakage under high-pressure gas medium conditions. The valve has a long service life. 

 3. The sealing surface of the valve seat is tapered, which is conducive to the valve itself cleaning the dirt attached to the sealing surface. 

 4. The valve flap is equipped with a balance hole and a piston seal, which ensures stable operation under the condition of opening/closing full pressure difference, light and flexible opening and small opening and closing torque. 

 5. The throttle shut-off valve and the double-acting throttle valve have the action of throttle and shut-off (the seal is zero leakage) at the same time. The throttle part is separated from the sealing surface to reduce the washing of the seal by the small air flow. 

 6. The double-acting throttle shut-off valve also has a multi-level throttling function, and the throttle pressure difference is large, which is suitable for throttling and shut-off under high pressure. 

 7. The packing adopts a V-shaped packing structure with self-sealing ability, which does not need to be adjusted, and it is extremely easy to open and close. The filling mail is equipped with an auxiliary sealing grease injection structure, which makes the valve packing sealing performance reliable.
