 Product use 

 (1) The flow resistance is small. The medium channel inside the valve body is straight-through, and the medium flows in a straight line, and the flow resistance is small. 

 (2) It is more labor-saving when opening and closing. Compared with the globe valve, whether it is opened or closed, the movement direction of the gate is perpendicular to the flow direction of the medium. 

 (3) High height, long opening and closing time. The opening and closing stroke of the gate is large, and the descent is carried out through the screw. 

 (4) The phenomenon of water hammer is not easy to produce. The reason is the long shutdown time. 

 (5) The medium can flow in any direction on both sides and is easy to install. Both sides of the gateway are symmetrical. 

 (6) The length of the structure (the distance between the two connecting end surfaces of the shell) is small. 

 (7) The sealing surface is easy to wear and affects the use. When opening and closing, the two sealing surfaces of the gate plate and the valve seat rub and slide against each other. Under the action of media pressure, it is easy to cause abrasion and wear, which affects the sealing performance and shortens the use. 

 (8) The price is more expensive. There are many contact sealing surfaces, and the processing is relatively complex. The sealing surface on the gate seat is not easy to process, and there are many parts. 

 (9) Simple appearance, short structural length, wide application. 

 (10) Compact structure, good valve rigidity, smooth channel, small flow resistance, stainless steel and cemented carbide, long use, polytetrafluoroethylene filler, reliable sealing, light and flexible operation.
