 Use of the product 

 (1) The flow resistance is small. The internal medium channel of the valve body is through, and the medium flows in a straight line with low flow resistance. 

 (2) It is more labor-saving when opening and closing. Compared with the shut-off valve, whether it is open or closed, the direction of movement of the gate is perpendicular to the direction of medium flow. 

 (3) The height is large and the opening and closing time is long. The opening and closing stroke of the gate is large, and the descent is carried out by the screw. 

 (4) The phenomenon of water hammer is not easy to occur. The reason is that it is closed for a long time. 

 (5) The medium can flow in any direction on both sides, which is easy to install. Both sides of the gate valve channel are symmetrical. 

 (6) The structural length (the distance between the two connecting ends of the shell) is relatively small. 

 (7) The sealing surface is easy to wear and tear, which affects the use. When opening and closing, the two sealing surfaces of the gate plate and the valve seat rub and slide against each other, which is easy to produce abrasion and wear under the action of medium pressure, affecting the sealing performance and shortening the use. 

 (8) The price is relatively expensive. There are more contact sealing surfaces, and the processing is relatively complicated. The sealing surface on the gate seat is not easy to process, and there are more parts. 

 (9) Simple shape, short structure length, wide applicability. 

 (10) The structure is compact, the valve is rigid, the channel is smooth, and the flow resistance is small. The sealing surface is made of stainless steel and cemented carbide, the use is long, and the polytetrafluoroethylene filler is used. The sealing is reliable, and the operation is light and flexible.
